Vegan Yellow Curry Chicken


Quoron Vegan Chicken Tenders
Organic French Green Beans
Organic Carrots
White Delights Potatoes (baby potatoes)
Fresh Organic Mint
Yellow Curry Sauce (Trader Joe's)
Seasonings: fresh ground pepper, sea salt & italian mix (bloomin' desert herb farms)
Brown Rice or Quinoa

Simmer yellow curry sauce with chopped mint (I added a little water to make it more soupy)
Add seasonings and continue to simmer
Add quoron chicken, green beans, carrots and potatoes til' tender
Enjoy over Brown Rice or Quinoa (which ever you prefer)

Very Delicious! My favorite thus far. It has a little heat to it... So if you are not a big fan of spicy food, then you can always add a little water to dilute the spicyness.
