Vegan Hoagies

For lunch, we were indecisive on what to eat. Definitely something light and healthy. We had some french bread in our fruit bowl and left over red bell peppers in our fridge. The only thing missing, was some vegan turkey grounds. As I was rummaging through the freezer, we had some boca vegan patties. I decided to grill them and cut them up. I then toasted the french bread and grilled the red bell peppers. I put everything together and topped it with some mozzarella shreds, and this was the end result! :) Very simple, yet scrumptious!




Ingredients:
Whole Wheat French Roll
Boca Burger Vegan Patties
Vegan Mozzarella Shreds
Red Bell Peppers

Put together like a sandwich sub :)
