Chicken & Cheese Wonton Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
Quoron Vegan Chicken Tenders (Whole Foods)
Veggie Shreds (Mozzarella)
Egg Roll Wonton Wrappers
Seasoning: Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest and Italian Mix (Bloomin' Desert Herb Farm)
Egg Whites Liquid (to seal wrappers)
Directions:
Cut Quoron Tenders to pieces
Pan fry Quoron Tenders & season
Place on wonton wrappers
Top with Mozzarella shreds
And roll (as if making an eggroll & seal with egg whites liquid)
Fry in Vegetable Oil
Avocado Salsa:
1 Ripe avocado, peeled & pitted
1 Fresh jalapeno, cut into quarters
1 Cup water
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
2 Tablespoons onions, diced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree
Optional: For chunkier salsa, after pureeing, place in bowl
Mix in one diced avocado into pureed mixture
