Vegan Fish Tostadas

I was extremely hungry, and didn't know what to make. I was craving something with coleslaw. I had leftover taco shells from the night before. And decided to create a fish taco, my way of course :)


Ingredients:
Any tostada shells
Radishes
Cabbage
Carrots
Vegan Salmon or Vegan Shrimp (Whole Foods)
Rice Vinegar
Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Coleslaw:
Shredded Cabbage, Shredded Carrots, Chopped Radishes

Directions: Mix everything together in a bowl
                    Add rice vinegar and Spanish Olive Oil (to your liking)
                    Spices- garlic powder, fresh ground himalayan pink salt,
                    fresh ground pepper (to your liking)

Cook Fish/Shrimp to your liking and make yourself a tostada :))
